Odyssey IT Policies for System Access

1. Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation (referred to here as “Odyssey”) provides access to our information technology (IT) systems to our customers (referred to here as “Customer Organizations”) and other parties (referred to here as “Other Accessing Organizations”, which include transportation carriers, our customers’ customers, suppliers to our customers, etc.) who have an interest in logistics transactions that we carry out on behalf of our customers.

2. In order to use the Odyssey IT systems, Customer Organizations and Other Accessing Organizations must agree to abide by Odyssey’s IT Policies, which are described in this document. These may be amended from time to time.

3. Customer Organizations are provided with access to Odyssey’s IT systems only for the purpose of accessing transactions and other information directly related to the services that Odyssey is providing to the Customer Organization. Other Accessing Organizations are provided with access to Odyssey’s IT systems only for the purpose of accessing transactions in which they are a participating party. The use of Odyssey’s systems for any other purpose is prohibited.

4. Each Customer Organization or Other Accessing Organization must appoint a contact person to act as a focal point for interactions with Odyssey’s IT group. Odyssey will send any communications regarding system access, new terms of use policies, and system maintenance announcements by e-mail to the contact person.

5. User IDs are not to be shared. Each person who needs access to the system must have his or her own user ID. This ensures better security for our customers’ data, and provides Odyssey with an audit trail of each user’s actions in the system (e.g., who accepted or declined a freight tender, and the date and time when this occurred).

6. The Customer Organization or Other Accessing Organization must notify Odyssey if any employee (or contractor) who has access to Odyssey’s IT systems leaves the organization, or if any person’s duties change such that they will no longer require access to Odyssey’s systems. This can be done by e-mailing the designated IT group representative at Odyssey.
